Does wild hair growth oil actually work?

I know that there is really nothing that will make your hair grow faster cuz its just dead cells and all that, but will it still make my hair healthier and thicker like it says?Does wild hair growth oil actually work?
yes i use it i oiled my hair last night!! it really does work !!! no it does speed your hair growth it's does for my hair and i take vitaminE as well which helps tons!!

I cut my hair back in December %26amp; it has N0T grown at all.. I bought this product a few weeks ago %26amp; have used it twice.. I have it in my hair right now. The directions are sorta unclear %26amp; it has a very potent smell. //: I'm not too sure if it works but I'll keep you updated if you wish!

Yes and i have fine hair and it made mine thick then i noticed it was longer than before and i always keep my hair cut short.
